Retrieving data from hard disks - operating systems Windows, MAC, Linux
The hard disk, or hard disks are special electro-mechanical equipment for proper operation that need to have its interior completely isolated from: why are sealed with a special process that creates a vacuum inside them. To retrieve the data is often necessary to open the disc to access the mechanical components or plates of the disc itself. An analysis of the disk in the lab allows the detection of the fault immediately, and the definition of the solution to be pursued for the recovery of data. In the case of mechanical problems which should open the disk, this operation must be conducted in a clean room, a sterile and protected environment in which it is necessary to avoid irreparable damage to the status of the disks themselves.
Diagnosis free and without obligation
For all the different types of hard-disk, we perform in our laboratories a first diagnostic service and free estimate without obligation. We do this because the costs of a data recovery service depend to a large extent of damage suffered, and consequently the type of processing that is required. It is therefore difficult to define a cost for data recovery service in the laboratory without viewing the medium in question. Because we feel that right before you commit to each other both parties know what we will.
Exclusive "no data - no pay"

Request a Form Processing
To retrieve your data, or even for a first analysis in advance, we need to get your disc in the laboratory, and that any disk that is clearly identified arrivals. For this we must ask our Form Processing that in addition to sum up all our modes of operation and instructions on how to proceed, contains one part to be filled with your data and returns a unique number processing: the code with which you registered your and what do they mark your support in its operating procedures. This form should be required for each production.
Contract of confidentiality
The module also contains our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, which ensures that your data will not be shown to other people outside of the technical staff of Ondata directly responsible for recovering and will be protected to the third party in full agreement with legislation on data protection.
